Q) What is your return policy?
A) We charge a 25% restocking fee on all returns – no returns on custom items. Claims must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

Q) Do your products have warranty?
A) All products are backed by a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty is only in effect if the defect is reported during the warranty period. Visit our full warranty statement for additional information. 

Q) How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are a combination of the weight & dimensions of the product, along with where the product is going. We can estimate this cost for you if you provide your postal code. Contact us for more information. 

Q) How long will it take for my package to arrive?
A) We ship your order within 72 hours. We will contact you if there’s been a delay on our end. From there, it’s up to the carrier you’ve selected. Most offer a surcharge for rush orders.
